Hi, I’m Julianna!

I’m a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation centers, government programs, and private practice. I’m passionate about providing warm, empathetic, and accessible nutrition care—especially for people who benefit from a more gentle, encouraging approach.

My philosophy is simple: meet people where they are and help them take one step in the right direction, no matter how small. I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful; empowering, not overwhelming.

What I Do

❤️ Compassionate Medical Nutrition Therapy

I’ve counseled hundreds of individuals on:

  • Weight management and sustainable behavior change

  • Diabetes management
  • Gastrointestinal health (IBS, IBD, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, chronic constipation, and digestive disorders)
  • Meal planning, habit formation, and preventive wellness nutrition
  • Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), POTS, Dysautonomia, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
  • Neurodivergent nutrition (ADHD & autism)

Across every setting, I bring patience, clear communication, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
