- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Hi, I’m Emma!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who’s passionate about making nutrition feel approachable, realistic, and empowering—especially for people managing complex medical conditions. Over the years, I’ve worked across dialysis clinics, hospitals, outpatient centers, and telehealth, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how nutrition impacts health at every stage of life.
My approach is simple: combine solid clinical expertise with compassionate, judgment-free support. Whether I’m helping a dialysis patient understand their labs or guiding someone through weight management or heart-healthy eating, my goal is always to make nutrition feel doable, personal, and meaningful.
What Matters Most to Me as a Dietitian
I believe in:
- Clear, evidence-based education without overwhelm
- Meeting people where they are
- Kindness, patience, and cultural sensitivity
- Collaboration with the entire care team
- Accurate, timely, and secure documentation
- Helping people feel motivated—not judged
Above all, I want every patient I work with to feel heard, supported, and capable of change.
