How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment either by calling us at 201-744-0542 or e-mailing us at to make your appointment request. You can also fill out our contact form to request an appointment.

How much does a session cost with you?

If you have one of the aforementioned insurances, your session would likely be 100% covered by your insurance at no out of pocket cost to you! However, as a company policy, we tend to verify your nutrition-related coverage and benefits with your insurance company beforehand to avoid any surprise bills later on. In case of no insurance or no coverage, our discounted rates for out of pocket payers will apply.

How long is each session?

Please allow 60 – 90 minutes for the initial session and 30- 40 minutes for a follow-up session. It may take longer for couples and family consultations.

Do you offer virtual (remote) sessions? How do you conduct them?

Yes, we do! Our virtual sessions are conducted via online video calling through a HIPAA secure platform. Upon scheduling a virtual session with us, you shall be sent a confirmation e-mail along with a link to join the video call. You simply just click on the link at the time of your appointment, enter your name, and join the video call. No password or login required!

Do you offer a free introductory call?

Due to an extremely busy schedule, we do not offer free introductory calls. However, feel free to e-mail us any questions if they are not answered in the FAQ!
