Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we do! We are in the network of the following insurance companies: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare Commercial and Medicare.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes, we do accept Medicare, but only for diabetes and kidney disease-related consultations.

Do you accept Medicaid?

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.

What if I don’t have insurance? Or how much does it cost if I want to pay out of pocket?

No problem, we offer discounts to our out of pocket payers, call the office to learn more.

How do I know if my insurance will cover your services?

As a courtesy to you, we tend to collect your insurance information at the time of booking an appointment, so we verify your nutrition-related coverage and benefits with your insurance company beforehand. Then, we will notify you about your out of pocket cost, if any.
