How long is each session?

Initial sessions typically last 60–90 minutes, while follow-up sessions are about 30–40 minutes. Sessions for couples and families may take longer.

Do you offer virtual (remote) sessions? How do you conduct them?

Yes, we offer virtual sessions via a HIPAA-secure online platform. After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to join the video call. No password or login is required—just click the link at your appointment time.

Do you accept insurance?
